A friend of mine ( thanks Addie) had arranged a test-ride on a BMW R 1200 C Independent for me and on the 18th of June we took off... After a couple of hours on a bike I was totally in love with that bike. The same evening my husband and I had a good chat and we decided almost immediately to trade in the Sportster for the Beemer and on the 20th we picked it up.
